HOORAY!
The lovely guys over at Facebook have suddenly decided they don't like us. Basically, our facebook profile was in contravention of their terms and conditions, because Leeds RockSoc is not a single person, but rather a group of people. Anyway, we're liasing with them to see what we can get done about this. Hopefully we'll be able to change it to Leeds RockSoc President or something... In the meanwhile, we have no facebook profile.
A HUGE pain in the ass, but never fear. We do still have our facebook group, from whom you'll be able to find out about events...

I entirely agree with facebook on this one. People are people, groups are groups. As soon as many people masquerade as one the whole paradigm of facebook breaks down. In addition it causes issues with accountability and security if passwords are being shared.
