Aloha Rock Soc!
We all hope that your exams either went well or are blissfully over, setting you free for a summer of (responsible) debauchery, drinking and partying. But before you disappear off into the ether of the glorious British summertime (we know it won’t last) we have one more treat in store for you!
The Goth Soc are holding their annual picnic/bbq in Hyde Park this Saturday the 6th of June. We’ve all been invited to turn up and make merry, but bring along your own food and booze to join in with the fun and games. There’ll be games of cricket, frisbee and maybe football along with some of their members performing their circus skills (who knows what that could mean!).
We’ll be meeting them along with everyone else at 12 Midday outside the Library Pub and subsequently make our way to a suitable location in Hyde Park to whittle away the day, drinking, eating and perhaps even carousing...
Hopefully see some of you there, last year was really fun and it’s supposed to be gorgeous this weekend.
Furthermore our former overlady Miss Kathleen Timbs and her compadré Miss Beckie Hiorns are participating in Running For Life on the 5th of July and any sponsorship you wish to give to these ladies would be more than appreciated. The website is ...
