"Webmail is changing server"

 I tried checking my uni emails this morning and again this evening and it said something along the lines of "webmail is currently unavailable as it is changing server". When I finally was able to log on a minute ago, everything looked different and all my messages had been deleted; some of those were quite important! Has this happened to anyone else? If so, anyone know how I can retrieve all those lost messages?

 Well, I wasn't told that the server was changing, however a week before you came to visit I logged into my e-mails and all of the messages were gone. I left a message with the ISS helpdesk, and even though they sent an auto-out-of-office reply, when I logged in a few minutes later all of my messages were back. Maybe try that?

That's good I really panicked when it happened to me; I hadn't printed off my booking conformation for those trains I had to take to meet you! So as soon as I got my messages back I immediately wrote down any important codes or reference numbers, in case it happened again! (Luckily it hasn't so far!) |
