Royal Fucking Mail

I've just received a letter from Yorkshire water today, dated a week and a half ago, telling me I owe the entire years water bill and have to pay by last Friday. Apparently I was supposed to have received my information about direct debits some time ago.

Damn royal mail don't seem to want to deliver my post and even when they do, it ends up late, and now I have to try and sort it out quickly to avoid court costs, whilst being unable to wait for half an hour on the phone due to credit restrictions (i.e. I can't afford any more credit, especially since I owe hundreds to Yorkshire water all of a sudden). So I'm going to be very broke for quite a while.

Also, it may just be edf being slow, I've received no letters from edf since telling them I've just moved in and sending them a copy of my contract to prove it sometime in September, whether or not they've decided that I'm not a new tenant and therefore owe an extra 1.1K, I don't know. But either edf or Royal mail are being complete slackers and I'm the one getting wallet raped for it.

Thank you royal mail!

...You fuckers!

Two Virgin Media bills have mysteriously disappeared from the postal system and now I have a £20 fine on top of the £85 bill. Fingers crossed they'll drop the extra charge since I like to eat and everything.

Yes our postman is particularly shit. It is the reason I always have correspondence and parcels sent to my department whenever possible. He always delivers either late or not at all.

When i was living at 122 Burley Road i never had any problems getting mail.

Though to be fair thats because we normally got the mail for 120, 122, 124, 126 and 130 Burley Road as well as 122 Bellevue Road.

Perhaps the postman thought that someone in your house needed some work experience, and so tried to help by letting you do some of his round.
