Hello all, things have been moving pretty quickly in the last week for Rock of Ages and I'm now happy to confirm the following:
- Unfortunately we couldn't find an alternative venue in time and thus there is no ROA at the Uni in October (freshers ball, grr!!) BUT....as a special treat we will be doing a Halloween ROA at The Well (formerly known as Joseph's Well) on Sat 30th October - we've got the whole venue as well the 'Zombie' Branded Pirates playing a special set as well as some possible 'Gortesque' dancers!
- We will be back at the Uni for November on Sat 6th as the Damnation Festival afterparty, starting around 11pm with 2 rooms - for one night only, we have the metal room back in Pulse which hopefully lead to more of a return of the 2-room format in 2011 (we're gonna bloody try our hardest, you can be sure of that!) Think a mixture of some of the things you'd expect to hear in a metal room as well as plenty of stuff that doesn't get played anywhere else! and as always there will be the rock room in all it's usual glory in Mine.
- as the first Saturday in January is New Year's day, we're going to do a special New Year's Eve ROA instead at The Well which will no doubt sell out in good time - expect tickets to be cheaper than pretty much anywhere else in Leeds.
- in the next several days we will hopefully be approaching the Uni about getting some drinks offers on for ROA...watch this space...

then every 2nd Saturday thereafter
30th October - ROA Halloween Special @ The Well. 9pm - 2/3am. £5 or £4 w/Rocksoc card.
6th November - Rock Of Ages @ Mine & Pulse, Leeds Uni (Damnation fest afterparty). 11pm - 3am. £5 or £4 w/Rocksoc card
then every first Saturday from 9pm in Mine thereafter.
