It doesn't need to have any rubber stamp for our members to arrange a gig pre-meet! This is one of the main reasons we have a forum - for people to arrange to meet people before gigs!
If there appears to be enough organisation in the grass roots that we can be confident that a rocksoc members pre-meet will happen then near the time we can mention it in a mail-out for those that didn't catch the forum post.
