Horton Hears A Who
Never been a big fan of Dr Seuss but this i actually quite liked, the story is fairly original and different to other animated films although visually they all seem to be becoming very very similar. If you like this sort of stuff it's more of the same, if your not a big fan then it's worth a try, if you hate this sort of stuff then it's obvious you should keep away.
Babylon AD
Now i fall into that weird category of people who actually like Vin Diesel, not because he's hot, or because he's a good actor (which he isn't), but because he doggedly plays the same role in decent films (apart from The Pacifier). I saw aversion of this on the plane back from England and enjoyed it, i then saw the film on DVD about 2 weeks later. However both versions had different cuts, and whilst the one on the plane was longer and more detailed it did seem to miss some important clips that were shown on the DVD version. The only major complaint i have is that it has not date setting other than sometime in the future. Some of the action clips are meh but overall i like the story, even if it isn't fully explained why some of the events happen.
If you like Vin Diesel and liked the Chronicles Of Riddick (in my opinion his best film) then you'll enjoy this post apocalyptic sci-fi mumbo jumbo. If not then don't be surprised if you don't like it.
