Amenities - Full Sky TV package, wireless internet access and phone line. The floors are laminate, which are easily cleaned, the bathroom is sweet, and the kitchen is small but functional. Also double-glazed and centrally heated along with security gate on the front door. There's also access to a basement (which needs a good clean out) if you're musical and need somewhere to practice. Jesus, I sound like an estate agent....
Not only that, you'll have access to my Xbox 360 and vast array of tasteful and comedic DVDs. I don't fancy moving out as this is a really nice house and I've got settled here. The room that the lucky applicant will have is the upstairs attic room, which is a decent size, with a queen size bed.
