The Rocksoc is going to the corporation in sheffield. The best rock night in the town. We will be meeting in the old bar at 7:30 for a few drinks beforehand then taking a coach (prebooked) at 9 to sheffield where we will party till 2 when we get the coach back to leeds. This means we should get back tomleads around about 3:00 am
The night is Resevoir Rocks, where there are 3 rooms :-
Room 1 - Resevoir Rocks - "DJ Mutley & DJ Rice power through rock classics, a.o.r & glam. High volume head-bangin’ hi-jinx with drink offers to match!- the only classic rock night of its size in the known universe…patronised by LAGuns, Enuff Znuff and Faster Pussycat…when they are in town. From AC/DC to Zodiac Mindwarp…from Aerosmith to ZZ Top and all points inbetween…however most people have drunk too much by the time they get to “C”"
Room 2 - Syn - "Djs GaryBaldi & L8N provide the best in Goth, Darkwave, EBM & Electro. Requests always welcome."
Room 3 - Hardside - "Hosted by the evil Lord Jimm and his many minions of freaks and dwarves, in what has now become a pure pit of metal!!! Melt your brains with Trivium, Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Valentine…… it’s all a bit rrrRRROAAAWWWWW!! really. I’m sure you get the picture."
Its £1 before 10:30 and has a load of cheap drinks offers such as - Vodka + Mixer 50p before midnite - Carlsberg Pint £1.50 - Jagermeister £1.50 - Double Jack & Coke £3.
Prices are £3 for members and £5 for non members (not including the £1 entry).
We will be selling tickets from 12-2 in the old bar from Monday for the next two weeks.
